I am Veronika Kálló, special education teacher, speech therapist. I like cheerfulness and in most cases I’m interested in a faster and more practical solution of problems, this property of mine helps me a lot in carrying out my job. Im have been working for a long time with children having speech disorders, but not only with stucks at the area of speech and linguistic development, but also with the prevention and treatment of learning and behaviour disorders, I even willingly deal with adults if they desire to speak better or in cases when due to any health reason a sudden change or relapse in speaking skills occured. There isn’t any favoured field of my professional career, because my strongest motivation is to avoid monotonous daily routines, so I’m uploaded if I have the opportunity to do a colourful variety of activities. If it’s about children, I deal with them not necessarily alone, but sometimes with one or two colleagues, in such cases the motivational repository is expending, we can play several games and I can increasingly expect the beneficial effect of socialization processes. Obviously, if the peculiarity of a child so desires, „I’m only his/hers”, we work alone in favour of efficiency. I am perfectionist, this is just the reason that I need to be faced with both positive and negative critics, I like to be aware of opinions concerning my job and my person, fortunately but at the same time unfirtunately I can’t get rid of this. The therapy process lasts either up to the elimination of the reasons of disorders, if not possible, the symptoms of same, or as long as the participants feel that the process is efficient.

I’m pleased to receive all the children, parents and adults whose attention has been attracted by my introduction and think to find the way to solve his problem together with me.
